Customer Success Manager, Americas

• Act as a project manager for onboarding accounts and provide ongoing support for assigned customers
• Conduct transition calls with key stakeholders to outline the onboarding plan and timetable
• Facilitate conversations with customers to understand their messaging goals and assist in planning and implementation
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing dedicated support and troubleshooting assistance
• Follow up with customers regularly to assess their growth plans and ensure successful contract renewals

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager for technical products
• Must be fluent in French, Russian, and/or Spanish
• Located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a company focused on customer success
• Background in SaaS and experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity

• Experience designing lifecycle messages
• Strong opinions about customer experience to provide strategic advice to customers
• Creative problem‑solving skills to address customer challenges effectively
