Overview
Wir suchen erfahrene Freelancer im EU-Ausland (nicht Deutschland) für ein spannendes Inbound-Projekt im Kundenservice für eine große und bekannte Mobilfunkmarke.
Responsibilities- Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Bestandskunden
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen rund um Produkte, Tarife und Services
- Klärung von Kundenanliegen nach vorgegebenen Prozessen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität im täglichen Kontakt
- Beginn im März oder April 2026
- Vollzeit-Schulung, die vergütet wird
- Wohnsitz innerhalb der EU und Tätigkeit als Freelancer
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1/C2)
- Ein ruhiger und abgeschlossener Raum im Home-Office ist Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Telekommunikationsumfeld
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
- Faire Dienstleistungsverträge mit klaren Regelungen
- Langfristige Zusammenarbeit und gute Auslastung möglich
- Flexible Einsätze Montag bis Samstag zwischen 8:00 und 18:00 Uhr
- Arbeit zu 100% im Home-Office innerhalb der EU
