Position: Remote German-Speaking Customer Support (E-Commerce)
Location: Germany

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an E-Commerce Platform with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the e-commerce sector and are dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will engage with customers primarily in German, addressing inquiries and ensuring an exemplary shopping experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds for a seamless customer experience
  • Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods
  • Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up
  • Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to enhance overall service delivery
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features to provide informed assistance
Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
