• Hourly pay of $18.50, with the potential to earn an additional $5/hr from April 9-15 for all hours worked
• $405 Certification bonus for participating in the Turbo Tax Product Expert certification
• Flexible work-from-home schedule available anytime between 8 AM EST and 12 AM midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
• Minimum of 25 hours per week required, with the option to work additional hours
• Continuous support from Subject Matter Experts during live calls
• Opportunity to assist customers and enhance their experience with Turbo Tax products

• Provide assistance to Turbo Tax customers by answering questions related to Turbo Tax products and tax return software
• Guide customers through downloading, logging in, and basic navigation of the software
• Help with importing documents, printing, filing, and answering basic tax questions
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Marketplace Performance Specialists for enhanced customer support
• Maintain a high level of service by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions

• No specific accounting background required; enthusiasm for learning and helping customers is essential
• Strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
• Ability to understand and empathize with customers  needs while delivering excellent service
• Minimum commitment of 25 hours per week

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Familiarity with tax preparation software or related technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
