Are you fluent in Swedish and looking for a rewarding (remote) opportunity based in Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swedish Speaking Customer Representative.
This role allows you to work remotely while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and culture of Greece, making a significant impact in our customer service department.
Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Familiarize yourself with our client systems to deliver efficient and high-quality service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
