What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage customer accounts at various stages of their lifecycle and varying levels of account size, health, and usage
  • Develop strong product knowledge to implement diverse use cases effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Clearly communicate metrics and ROI data to customers to demonstrate value
  • Empower customers to independently utilize solutions and understand partnership software functionality
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B client‑facing account management, support, or project management, preferably involving SaaS services targeting SMB customers
  • Proficient in using software tools, CRM, email marketing, support, automation, and presentation software
  • Ability to leverage data to identify when accounts need intervention to maintain health and value delivery goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Capacity to make quick decisions and effectively manage customer issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with customer support methods such as Zendesk or Jira
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Planhat
  • Proven track record in driving customer engagement and loyalty
  • Innovative thinking with a bias for action while maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Experience identifying and cultivating champions within customer accounts
