Overview

Virtual Customer Service Professional (work from home) - Full-time or part-time as a 1099 contractor. The hourly pay rate is $9.00 – $14.00 per hour, depending on experience and the company you are assigned to. Must work a minimum of 25 hours per week; full-time hours are available. • Provide inbound customer service for clients; no cold calling or telemarketing.
• Resolve concerns or complaints related to your client.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a quiet home office environment free from ambient noises (pets, children).

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalency; secondary education and/or some college is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check (drug test may be requested by client).
• Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and documents.
• You can work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home.
• You’ll be able to create and manage your own schedule.

• Capable of training consecutively for up to 4 hours in the evening or morning, for up to a total of 10 weeks.

• Windows Vista is not accepted at this time.
• High-speed internet access provided by cable or DSL provider.
• Satellite broadband does not meet requirements.
• Use of wireless and Wi-Fi air cards is prohibited.
• A dedicated, hard-wired phone with no features.
• Computer specs:
  Minimum hardware 2 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD, single-core 1.4 GHz; CD-ROM drive.
• Operating systems:
  Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 (32/64 bit), and macOS versions compatible with listed requirements.
