As a Remote Travel Planning Advisor
, you will manage client travel requests, assemble customized travel arrangements, and ensure all services are confirmed accurately and delivered according to plan. This role combines customer communication, research, booking management, and detail verification within a structured remote environment.

• Conduct virtual consultations to gather travel preferences and logistical requirements
• Research destination options, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Secure reservations and verify all booking details prior to confirmation
• Prepare organized itineraries and documentation for client review
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm service accuracy
• Monitor active itineraries and manage revisions or adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate digital records within internal systems

• Clear and professional communication
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Comfortable using online booking platforms and digital tools
• Independent time management in a remote setting

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Residency in the United States or Mexico preferred
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
