Role Description

The Legal Operations & Client Success Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in the Wyoming area, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will support the firm's legal operations by managing client communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Daily tasks include coordinating client meetings, handling inquiries, organizing case documentation, managing schedules, and supporting efforts to enhance client satisfaction.

You will also take part in developing and improving operational processes to align with the firm's goals and client-focused values.

Schedule & Compensation

General hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
  • Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to ensure an excellent experience for clients
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear, professional verbal and written communication
  • Excellent Organization Skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency with office tools, technologies, and client management systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in legal support, customer service, or client relations is preferred
