Base pay range

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Automotive Company, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in Germany and German-speaking regions, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions
  • Assist customers with order processing and service-related questions
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and effectively in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and follow up on customer requests
  • Stay updated on automotive trends, products, and company offerings to provide informed support to customers
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential;
    English language skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently in a remote work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
