Position: Senior Client Renewal Specialist (1381)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the renewal process from quote to closure, including client contract negotiations for your assigned book of business
  • Build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate data on assigned renewals and provide renewal forecasts
  • Identify renewal risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure timely management and resolution of renewal-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) degree or equivalent job experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in client-facing roles for technology companies, with at least 3 years in customer/client renewals, sales, or related fields
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of client/customer renewals best practices is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language (French, Japanese, Dutch, German, Swedish, Spanish) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with client procurement teams
  • Understanding of the intricacies of pricing models and renewal proposals
