Client Support Advisor
Account: Aviva
Location: Hybrid / Remote – ideally based in or around Kingston upon Thames
WPS are looking for a Client Support Advisor to join our team supporting the Aviva contract
. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality service to our client and customers, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values flexible, hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for client and customer enquiries
- Log, update, and manage service requests accurately via internal systems
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate works
- Provide clear updates and maintain excellent communication throughout each job
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting where required
- Previous experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or support-based role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident using IT systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Experience with in property services, repairs, FM, or utilities is desirable but not essential
- Hybrid / remote working with flexibility
