Are you someone who loves exploring the world and helping others do the same? We’re looking for aFreelance Travel Specialist. In this remote role, you willplan, book, and create unforgettable vacations for clients worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the travel industry all from the comfort of home. No prior experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Requirements
  • Research, design, and book customized vacations for clients, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates
  • Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and any changes with travel partners
  • Keep accurate client records and maintain organized booking documentation
Qualifications
  • Passionate about travel and helping others create memorable experiences
  • Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and able to work independently while managing your time effectively
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs and online tools
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., or other qualifying regions
  • No prior travel industry experience required — training and certification are provided
