Key Requirements- Research, design, and book customized vacations for clients, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates
- Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and any changes with travel partners
- Keep accurate client records and maintain organized booking documentation
- Passionate about travel and helping others create memorable experiences
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organized and able to work independently while managing your time effectively
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and online tools
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., or other qualifying regions
- No prior travel industry experience required — training and certification are provided
