Position Overview
TEKsystems is currently hiring for a full‑time Member Service Representative with a Fortune 100 financial institution. The role starts this April and is located within a 60‑mile radius of Jacksonville, FL.
Location:
Remote (hybrid options in Jacksonville, FL available)
Work Set‑Up:
Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities• Respond to member inquiries and perform account transactions across savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
• Provide accurate information on products and services.
• Advise members on suitable products.
• Foster positive interactions with members.
• Manage a high daily call volume of 80‑100+ calls.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of recent customer service experience in direct‑customer roles
- Knowledge of savings and checking products and services
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Effective organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with computer applications and numerical accuracy
- Training:
Mandatory 6‑8 weeks, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM EST (paid) - Regular Schedule (Post‑Training):
Full‑time, 40 hours per week - Options:
Monday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Friday (one weekend day required, with one rotating off day during the week) - Shift times: 10:30 AM–8:00 PM EST (8‑hour shifts)
- Availability:
Must have 6‑day availability and a 9.5‑hour window of flexibility; schedules are provided two weeks in advance
