Associate Account Manager- Remote

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers
• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to support customer retention
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the employer's services and pricing structures
• Utilize Salesforce to document all customer interactions and activities
• Increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of products offered by the employer

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 0 - 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to their needs
• Knowledge of the employer's services and pricing structures
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software

• Experience in the waste or transportation industry
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell additional services
• Familiarity with customer retention strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
  
  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
