What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with care
  • Complete sales by generating quotes, costs, and overall coverage for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and communication
  • Manage confidential customer information with sensitivity
  • Exercise retention efforts and communicate appropriately with customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active Resident Property & Casualty Producer license in good standing
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfortable with desktop computer systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members
