We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advisor to support clients by managing plans, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
Position OverviewThe Advisor serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring that all arrangements are thoughtfully organized and executed with precision. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, documentation, and follow-ups
- Provide timely updates and maintain consistent, professional communication
- Ensure all details are accurate while delivering a high-quality client experience
- Maintain accurate records
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escape complex matters when necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred (not required)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be a citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, LATAM, or Spain
