Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone calls, or social media messages.
• Provide information about products/services, answer FAQs, and guide customers through basic processes (e.g., order status, troubleshooting simple issues).
• Handle customer concerns politely, escalate complex problems when needed, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform light administrative tasks like data entry, updating customer records, scheduling follow-ups, or logging interactions in CRM tools (training provided).
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications to build positive relationships.

Requirements (No Experience Needed):

• Strong written and spoken English (clear communication is key).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.
• Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Availability for flexible hours (some roles may include shifts covering different time zones).

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Google Sheets (training often provided).
