Location: City of Edinburgh
A leading environmental organization is seeking a Telephone Agent to join their Services Delivery team in Edinburgh. The role involves assisting customers with energy saving loans and grants, providing excellent customer service, and responding to inquiries promptly. You will need a proven track record in customer service, effective telephone communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover until April 2027.
