ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in researching and organizing customized travel plans
Coordinate and confirm reservations using approved systems
Provide accurate information and tailored recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries efficiently
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
