Overview
Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents who are based in the Sunderland area to join their expanding operation.
This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop.
Responsibilities- Inbound call centre agents handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Log calls on internal system, book, reschedule and log cancellations, and escalate any complaints to the correct department.

Pay rates: £25,396 per annum
Shifts40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between 8am and 8pm
