Championing Customer Experience Through Trusted Cloud Service Delivery

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will act as the main contact for customer, partner and internal queries across our Managed Services. You will manage relationships with your aligned customers through regular engagement, service reporting and Service Reviews. You will also support wider CX initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of Service Delivery strategy and processes.

As a Service Delivery manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing aligned customers from onboarding to renewal, including service reviews and escalations
  • Producing monthly customer reports, combining automated and manual inputs where needed
  • Delivering regular Service Reviews via phone, video call or face to face, adding technical or strategic value
  • Driving continual improvement by enhancing processes, influencing strategy and sharing customer insights
  • Building strong internal and external relationships while acting as an escalation point and ensuring customers gain maximum value from services

  • Be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business, showing flexibility and strong people skills
  • Confidence to communicate across varied audiences and handle feedback constructively
  • Ability to promote a positive team culture, demonstrating initiative, ownership and confidence in escalations
  • A proactive approach and manage time and priorities effectively while applying solid knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and services
