What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform advanced customer service activities for specialized products and services, focusing on problem resolution across multiple channels
  • Investigate and respond to complex customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer service issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and identify root causes of recurring problems
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as a mentor or trainer to the customer service team
  • Document customer interactions and service requests to minimize customer effort
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or Treasury Management
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and client relationship management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking skills
  • Familiarity with the CARES model for customer service
  • Experience in managing complex customer interactions
  • Strong technical support capabilities
