• Provide customer support under the guidance of assigned advisors

• Communicate clearly and professionally to maintain high service standards

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in customer service, administrative support, call center, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
