Position Dispatcher - 495 Garage Door

Salary: DOE. Depend on Experience. Pay/Month - $2,000 to $4,000.

Possibility to grow.

We are looking Full Time or Part Time.

Weekly day range:
Monday - Friday and Sunday rotations.

• Required experience:
  
  2 year office clerk, Call Center, Customer Service and Sales experience.
• Active listening, verbal and written (Strong typing skills) communication skills, professional phone voice and exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with dispatching software.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Understanding of company products, services.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
• Answering inbound calls and reaching out to customers to schedule their appointment and follow up on estimates.
• Knowledge of geography for the DMV area and the ability to read a map and multitask building technicians routes and schedule are a plus.
