Customer Service Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
As a Customer Service Coordinator at CWF Restoration, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 to $60,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan.
This position is a Sunday-Thursday schedule, with Sunday being a work from home setup. Training will be held Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service support to our clientele by answering and relaying their phone calls
- Utilize our cutting-edge internal system to analyze and prioritize customer requests.
- Effectively dispatch our skilled team to the right locations with precision and speed, navigating challenges to ensure a smooth and coordinated response.
- Communication with customers and/or insurance adjusters
- Follow-up calls and emails

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
