As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.
Education and Experience – Customer Operations Associate with American Electric Power (AEP)
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous learner mindset.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Starting Pay:$17/hour
