We are seeking a motivated Paralegal with strong customer service skills to join a dynamic Legal Tech environment. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients and the company, ensuring smooth interactions and successful outcomes. You will draft and review legal documents, assist customers with technical setups, and provide support throughout their journey. This position blends legal expertise with client-focused problem-solving, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and retention.

- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents tailored to client requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels, providing clear guidance and support.
- Assist customers with technical setups, including integrations with source code management platforms.
- Support sales efforts by providing information and guidance to prospective clients.
- Draft reports based on customer-provided data and ensure accurate delivery.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, championing customer success and satisfaction.
- Experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal or customer-focused role.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Familiarity with Legal Tech concepts and web-based productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in customer success or client-facing roles is a plus.
