• Assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for health insurance options
• Resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers, ensuring inquiries are handled quickly and thoroughly
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, documenting interactions using support ticketing software
• Propose process and product solutions to improve customer experience based on insights gained from customer interactions
• Contribute to the Support team’s mission to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce fear associated with health insurance

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Highly productive with strong multitasking skills
• Passion for helping people with their health-related concerns
• Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
• Strong desire to assist small businesses and their employees in navigating health insurance questions
