We’re Hiring! – US Support & Customer Relations Specialist (Remote) Part & Full Time Positions
Join Cattle Xpert Inc., a 30+ year leader in cattle management software as we are seeking a detail oriented, client focused Support & Customer Relations Specialist to join our fully remote team supporting feeders, stockers and commercial producers. Looking for either full time or part time team members.
What You’ll Do:- Support clients via phone, email & chat.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Assist with new producer onboarding & virtual training.
- Help with feedback, testing & marketing.
- Participate in sales demos with possible overnight travel to trade shows.
- Cattle Accounting or software support experience.
- Strong communication & problem solving skills.
- Well versed with computers, CRM tools and reliability for remote work environment.
