• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to RFID or Zimbis cabinet malfunctions
• Support the sales force with scheduling and conducting inventory counts within their regions
• Handle all order-based transactions for consignments, including billing usage and replenishments
• Manage consignment inventory stock levels, turns, counts, and reconciliation
• Answer phone calls and email tickets within service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

• High proficiency in SAP
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities
