In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather preferences, budgets, and timelines. You will research destinations, accommodations, and transportation options, assist with itinerary organization, coordinate bookings, and confirm reservations. Maintaining accurate records and providing consistent updates are essential responsibilities. You will also assist clients with documentation needs and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel.
