A leading customer service company in Fort Towson is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project. This role involves answering inbound calls and providing excellent service to enthusiastic callers. ACD Direct looks for individuals with at least 6 months of telephone experience and strong communication skills. Selected agents will complete a certification process to ensure readiness for this busy project starting in late November.
Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision are key for success in this position.
