• Handle high call volume, including 50-100 inbound and outbound calls per day for product support and customer education
• Maintain and track client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Educate clients on product and program enhancements and guide them through corporate policies and procedures
• Research account activity to resolve issues and follow up with customers on resolutions
• Log call notes in Salesforce and create JIRA tickets for issue tracking

• Strong customer service experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education is preferred
• Proficiency in application software such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and relate well with various personality types
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Digital marketing experience is a plus
