What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must reside within 90 miles of a NV location
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for serving others and solving problems
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in helping customers navigate products and services
  • Proficient in various computer software and able to navigate multiple systems efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
  • Experience in a call center environment or similar customer‑facing role
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a language assessment for additional compensation
