• Provide accurate information and clear guidance

• Escalate or resolve issues efficiently when needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service, administrative, or client support experience (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Tech-comfortable and confident navigating online systems
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
