Excel is looking for a Program Manager. In this temporary full‑time role (Six‑month term, with the potential to convert to a permanent full‑time position based on performance), you will be the front‑line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day‑to‑day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day‑to‑day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.
- Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.
- Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions/issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
- Monitor all aspects of customer program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non‑responders, manager/recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.
- Proof customer invoices for accuracy (product pricing, shipping charges, handling charges, sorted per customer’s requirements, etc.).
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- To be in constant contact with customers, sales reps and other departments furnishing or obtaining information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
