We are hiring Work-at-Home (WAH) Customer Service Agents to provide friendly and efficient support to customers from a remote location. This role is perfect for individuals who are empathetic, patient, and enjoy solving problems while working independently.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing duties, the employee will be largely sedentary and will use a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
