We’re looking for a French Bilingual Customer Support Agent who can confidently support customers in both French and English while delivering a seamless, high-quality service experience.

If you’re detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable handling customer concerns with professionalism — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and/or phone in French and English
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, billing, product information, and general support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Meet performance metrics (response time, CSAT, resolution rate)
  • Deliver a positive and brand-aligned customer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience (BPO, eCommerce, SaaS, or similar preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
