You serve as the critical link between complex global distribution systems and the traveler’s peace of mind, ensuring that every itinerary is optimized, every disruption is managed, and every connection is secured.

Our client, a global cornerstone of the Travel Support sector, is looking for a GDS expert who thrives on precision. Joining a team of professionals with a high-energy culture that values creativity, integrity, and the "fun" in functional excellence.

Role:
Air Agent (Remote Travel Support Specialist)

Training: 2 weeks of comprehensive, paid professional integration + Ongoing educational refreshers and GDS updates

Location:

100% Remote (Available to talent across Canada).

Schedule:

40 hours/week. Rotating shifts Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM PST. (Occasional Saturdays).

Salary: $22.00 per hour + Monetary & Non-monetary Rewards Program.

Employment Type:

Full-time contract, with the possibility of permanency after probation

Advantages Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Forget the commute. This is a 100% remote position designed for focused, independent professionals.

  • Work in an environment where you are empowered to take the initiative and are recognized for your individual contribution to the team's success.
  • Stay ahead of the industry with ongoing GDS updates and educational refreshers
Responsibilities

  • Execute all ARC/BSP documentation and maintain rigorous up-to-date knowledge of airline contracts to ensure the best utilization of preferred supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to explain travel restrictions, rules, and safety tips, ensuring every stakeholder is informed and prepared.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in the travel industry (Airline, Retail, or TMC).
  • Extensive knowledge of Amadeus GDS (Ticketing and Reissuing is a must).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
  • TICO certification is required (OPC certification is mandatory for Quebec-based candidates).
  • An independent, fast learner who can maintain high accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • A dedicated home office with a reliable wired internet connection.
