We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support our shipping and logistics operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate order tracking, and effective resolution of shipping-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to shipments, delivery schedules, tracking, and documentation
- Provide timely updates on shipment status and resolve delivery issues or delays
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalated complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipping transactions
- Assist with processing shipping documents, invoices, and service requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels
