Een snelgroeiend softwarebedrijf in Leiden zoekt een Client Success Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van klanten in het optimale gebruik van planningssoftware. Je biedt support, beheert klantrelaties en begeleidt implementaties bij nieuwe klanten. Daarnaast geef je trainingen en sta je klanten bij met vragen. Het salaris varieert van €2650 tot €3300 en er is flexibiliteit in uren, met mogelijkheden voor thuiswerken en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
