Data Force is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely from Singapore to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in Singapore. As our Scheduler you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities- Screen applicants via phone calls and schedule appointments according to availability.
- Manage the daily schedule and find replacement participants in case of cancellation.
- Send emails to candidates to guide them through document signing and briefly explain the purpose of the study.
- Send reminders to candidates to minimize no-show.
- Answer candidates' inquiries via email and calls or redirect inquiries as needed.
- Provide logistical information to candidates and stakeholders.
- Fill the session schedule days in advance and reflect project changes in scheduling, resource planning files, and study documentation where appropriate.
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team on a daily basis to ensure up-to-date information.
- Native fluency in Malay.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Computer skills for tasks such as data entry, report generation, schedule creation and management.
- Great organizational skills.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to shift focuses quickly.
- A computer/laptop, headset and stable internet connection to use for work on the project.
- Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication.
- Experience working in a team.
- Ready to support moderators, project coordinators, and managers at achieving the desired goals.
