Job Details
- 100% work from home
- 100% night shift
- This is a full time position for 3 months (subjected to renewal)
- $19 per hour
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Mandarin and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve problems efficiently.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English as you are required to translate for both Mandarin and English speakers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
A refundable deposit of $150 is required for the headset and writing pad, which will be provided to you for this role.
Work ScheduleRotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable).
