Job Details- Start date: March 2026
- Location: Glasgow - office based role only. No option to work from home or part‑time hours.
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Shifts: Full time - 40 hrs per week, 09:00‑18:00, Mon‑Fri (Weekend and later operating hours may be required at a later date)
- Training: 2 weeks training and 2 weeks graduation bay
Service Excellence Specialist

When travel doesn’t always go as planned, outstanding customer service is essential. As a Service Excellence Specialist, you will be an essential customer touch point for vulnerable, sensitive, and brand‑sensitive cases.
The RoleYou will deliver the highest level of customer care, handling each case with empathy, understanding, professionalism and clarity via telephone and email. As Easy Jet Ambassadors, you will demonstrate the Orange Spirit in all that you do.
