A quality assurance firm is looking for Quality Assurance Representatives to work remotely. As an agent, you will assess customer service by making mystery shopper calls. You have the flexibility to set your own schedule. Responsibilities include completing test calls, evaluating customer service, and documenting your experience. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
Pay ranges from $2 per call or $20 for a completed list with more than 8 calls.
