We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative Administrator to support both customer service operations and administrative functions. This role combines direct customer interaction with backend administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and elevate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems and internal databases.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, billing updates, and account changes accurately.
- Prepare administrative reports related to customer service performance metrics.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining organized digital files.
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum one to three years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Arabic proficiency is highly preferred. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
- Experience supporting customers within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Experience in a performance‑driven environment with measurable service targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
This is a remote role supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The position requires strong self‑management, accountability, and collaboration with virtual teams through online communication platforms and regular check‑ins.
