Overview
Maje Stay Tourism, part of the tech-driven Maje Stay Group, is redefining travel experiences in the UAE and internationally. We provide premium travel management services including airline ticketing, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and tours.
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced ticketing specialist to join our team remotely. You will manage travel bookings, liaise with airlines, and provide exceptional support to our B2B and B2C clients, working closely with our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities- Handle airline ticketing, reservations, and travel bookings efficiently.
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) to manage tickets.
- Communicate professionally with clients in Arabic and English
. - Coordinate with Dubai office to ensure smooth operations.
- Support travel-related queries and problem-solving for clients.
- Proven experience in travel ticketing and airline reservation systems.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Familiarity with Middle East travel regulations and airline policies.
- Ability to work remotely with overlapping hours to Dubai time zone (GMT+3).
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
