We are looking for a passionate Remote Chat Manager to lead our customer support team and deliver exceptional real-time assistance to cyclists and partners globally. You’ll manage live chat operations on our e-commerce platforms and websites, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Your key missions:
- Lead and train a team of chat agents
- Handle escalated customer inquiries with empathy and expertise
- Optimize chat workflows, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to promote sustainable cycling solutions
- Analyze chat data to improve user experience and drive conversions

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional with:
- 2+ years of experience in live chat management or customer support leadership (e-commerce or retail preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages (Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
- Proficiency with chat platforms (Zendesk, Live Chat, Intercom, etc.) and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPIs and reporting
- Passion for sustainability, cycling, or eco-friendly products is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats effectively
