Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
- Location: Remote (Seattle or Puyallup, WA)

- Salary Range: $16.00 – $27.69 per hour (based on experience and location)
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Training: 4 weeks of onsite training, same hours as above
Role Summary:
This is a remote-based customer service role supporting healthcare providers such as clinics and physician offices. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping resolve inquiries related to benefits, billing, authorizations, and claims. The position emphasizes first-call resolution, compassionate communication, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers and identify their needs
- Resolve issues efficiently using internal systems and tools
- Provide clear, positive communication to build strong relationships
- Document provider interactions and track issue trends
- Navigate complex systems to provide accurate information
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong listening and rapport-building skills
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work full-time during standard business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative, or clerical roles
- Familiarity with healthcare environments or terminology
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Must reside in Seattle or Puyallup, WA
- Secure and private home workspace
- High-speed internet connection approved by United Health Group
- Adherence to the company’s Telecommuter Policy
